We stock a wide range of discs suitable for grinding almost anything including concrete, screed and terrazzo. The discs we supply will take down the surface, level or smooth the surface down in preparation for polishing or prepare it before laying screed or resin.

7” 20 Segment Diamond Cup Disc.
For small areas and edging larger areas. For grinding down concrete, sand and cement and paint. Suitable for use with a hand-held angle grinder for. A dust cowl is sold separately, see consumables list. 10 mm diamond depth.

10” 16 Segment Diamond Disc.
For medium to large areas for use with a single headed diamond grinder (aka Assuger.) 10 mm diamond depth. This is a lightweight design to give longer diamond life, with larger holes to improve dust extraction.

They’re the way forward – for removing carpet residue, screed, adhesive, bitchumin even vinyl tiles and just about any other stubborn nasties clagging up the surface! Where can you get PCDs at prices like this?

We can also hire PCDs and the appropriate machines suitable for more applications than ever before. We have a wide range of 3 phase and 110 volt machines, from large triple-head planetary grinders, single head grinders and even small hand-held grinders, all supplied with PCD discs ready to use. These discs are extremely hard wearing and scrape up the residue effectively without causing it to heat, melt and spread.
The costs are remarkable; add in reduced labour costs, and the quote can be won with plenty of profit to spare! See below.
