High gloss concrete sealer for long-lasting clarity, colour pop and spill resistance. C2 Ultra Seal lays down a tough, non-yellowing, water-based protective coat that boosts stain resistance on interior and exterior concrete from standard grey to integrally coloured, dyed, stained, or colour-hardened floors. Want a mirror-like shine? Simply burnish after application to unlock a high-gloss finish with excellent slip characteristics.

Where It Works

• Interior: broom-finished, steel-trowelled, honed, polished and highly polished concrete.

• Exterior: broomed, stamped, or steel-trowelled concrete flatwork (not for use around pools or fountains).

How to Apply (Quick Guide)

1. Prep: Surface must be clean, dry, and sound. Remove curing agents, oils/grease and debris. Neutralise and rinse acid-stained concrete.

2. Conditions: 4–38 °C ambient/surface temperature. Do not freeze.

3. Apply (Interior):

   • Lightly dampen a clean microfibre pad with product.

   • Spray a thin, even coat using a low-pressure sprayer (solid cone/fan tip).

   • Work joint-to-joint and spread with the damp pad. Avoid overlaps.

   • Allow 20–60 minutes to dry tack-free and repeat for a second thin coat.

   • Optional gloss boost: After ≥60 minutes, burnish with a high-speed burnisher and white pad.

4. Apply (Exterior):

   • Spray a uniform film, maintaining a wet edge; broom out low spots.

   • Allow 20–60 minutes; apply a second coat for maximum protection and shine.

5. Clean-up: Rinse tools/overspray with fresh water before drying occurs.

Best practice tips

• Two thin coats out-perform one heavy coat (better clarity, less scuffing).

• In hot, dry weather, lightly mist-cool the slab, then apply once the surface is dry.

• Burnishing (where suitable) noticeably lifts gloss.

Ongoing Care

• Daily: Dust-mop or vacuum.

• Periodic: Auto-scrub or damp-mop with C2 Clean or C2 Maintenance (avoid harsh acidic/alkaline cleaners).

• Refresh gloss: Dry buff with a high-speed burnisher and a white pad as needed.
