Our Triple head concrete polisher (HTC 420) is a single phase, variable speed triple head floor grinder designed for professional surface preparation, grinding and polishing. This 110v 32 amp grinder features a revolving 19” (48 cm) head fitted with three plates, each carrying three diamond shoes that rotate in the opposite direction to the main head, delivering a smooth, flawless finish with minimal swirl marks.

Compact yet highly effective, this triple head concrete polisher is ideal for controlled grinding, concrete and screed polishing, keying areas, smoothing surfaces and removing thin layers of coatings or adhesives using PCD shoes. The machine is easy to operate and can be disassembled for transport, making it practical for site use and small access areas, including transport in the boot of most hatchback cars.

Designed for safe on-site use, the machine runs on 110v 32 amp power and can also operate from a standard 230v 13 amp socket with a suitable 5 Kva transformer. A 50mm dust outlet allows direct connection to a dust control unit for cleaner and more efficient operation.
