The 6280 removes the most stubborn soft goods, such as glued-down carpet squares and floors, gummy commercial carpet, VCT, sheet vinyl, rubber tile, linoleum, indoor and outdoor sports surfaces, roofing materials etc. This very powerful compact machine is ideal for use in confined spaces, especially because the side slide weights add extra head pressure on the blade when positioned forward for digging the blade between the surface and the substrate. Conversely, for improved traction, move the weight over the back wheels.

Description
This large walk behind floor scraper is an ergonomically designed self-propelled floor scraper features, partly because of the adjustable position hand grips. Hydraulic forward drive; self-propelled reverse drive; variable speed at 10 to 45 feet per minute; a manual drive system for the variable throttle/speed control and smooth transitions.
Six handle positions for working under counters and other confined areas; it collapses to save space during transport and storage. The machine is self-contained and has lower maintenance hydraulic fluid. Tie-down bail The mount side slide weights adjust the scraper-head pressure. Just slide back the weights to increase weight over the travel wheels or conversely, to the rear to aid wheel traction. A rounded front-weight design deflects loose materials from the machine during use. Self-cleaning, adjustable industrial-grade, siped wheels for improved traction over smooth or slippery surfaces. The clip-pin removal system allows for easy non-powered manoeuvring.
The motor is equipped with a thermal-overload-protection circuit breaker to protect against strain or electrical overload. Oscillating action rotates the cutting blade to cut through a range of materials over various substrates so extending the life cycle of the machine and reducing maintenance costs. Fitted with a transport-wheel rack hanger.
