Hey guys, we’re selling novelty orange Community Payback hi-vis vests. All proceeds to go to a really worthwhile project that aims to catch fellas that have slipped through the system, many who’ve been on the wrong side of the law, drawn into a life of feeding an addiction and dropped into what seems like a worthless existence.
The Elisha project, based in Colne, Lancashire offers so much more than a drop in centre or a soup kitchen. They have a 31 bed residential recovery unit; they run structured activities aimed at moving the guys towards a drug and crime free life. Thereafter the project works towards moving residents into living in the community, with education, training and employment.
