FAQs

Q – what power is required to run this floor scabbler? A – 3-phase, 415-v, 32 amps (white box with a red socket).

Q –  Which is the most suitable vacuum dust control unit for this machine. A – The CFM 3 motor vacuum. However, there are more routes for dust to escape than with a floor grinder, due to the nature and design of the machine. Multi-Hire do all that is humanly possible to mitigate dust escape, but it will be far from 100%. Therefore operatives must wear a good quality dust mask.

Q – How much will this floor scabbler take off concrete? A – That depends upon the make up and hardness of the concrete, but generally between 1 – 2 mm per pass.
