The Terrco 2000 grinding and polishing machine is unmatched in quality and durability. This robust machine is designed to run through medium and large areas grinding down or scraping up at an impressive rate.

It has easy to use variable speed control and easy, comfortable operation. The contra-rotating heads leave a high quality surface without any swirl marks. Its direct drive makes it a 3 phase machine suitable for use with PCD scraping up shoes for removing failed coatings and old surfaces. Rates quoted are for one week. After a week a 25% daily charge is applied on days 8, 9 and 10 and then a full 2nd week’s hire charge is applied.

Q – What applications does the Terrco 2000 tackle? A – Floor grinding and coatings removal.

Q – Can you use PCDs on the Terrco 2000 for coatings removal? Yes, however you have to buy them, rather than hire them. Diamond grinding shoes can be hired by the mm used.

Q – What power is required to run this machine? A – A 3-phase, 415-v, 32 amps, 5 pin socket, with neutral connected. You will need two 32 amp sockets to power the floor grinder and the dust control unit.

Q – Which vacuum dust control unit is suitable for the Terrco 2000? This machine generates a substantial quantity of dust and so a large 3-phase dust control unit is required. We recommend 3-phase dust control unit. A 110-v dust control unit does not have sufficient suction to cope with the quantities of dust generated by this floor grinder.
