Medium concrete floor machine, 500mm grinding width with a powerful 4KW variable speed motor. Intuitive digital control panel that provides all the control and precision you need to maximize the machine’s performance. Mist system for more effective grinding and better diamond consumption. Will polish concrete to imitate granite with the correct tooling.

We recommend using the HTC DE120 vacuum to keep airborne dust to a minimum when operating the large concrete floor grinder.

Rates quoted are for one week. After a week a 25% daily charge is applied on days 8, 9 and 10 and then a full 2nd week’s hire charge is applied.

We offer discounts on quoted rates for contractors with an approved trade account and additional short hire discounts of 40% and 20% for hires of one and two day/weekend duration, respectively.

FAQs

Q – What tool holders does this machine come with? A – The default is the standard HTC EZ holders. If you are floor polishing with this machine, please advise us which holders you require, or ask.

Q – Can this machine be used with water to mitigate dust? A – yes, but we strongly advise that it is instead used dry, connected to a vacuum dust control unit which is far easier to empty than scraping up large quantities of heavy sludge.

Q – What power is needed to run this machine? A – You’ll need to ensure that there is a 3-phase, 32 amp, 3 pin socket nearby, with the neutral connected (a large red and white socket).

Q – What are the weights used for? A – mostly polishing. With the weights pushed forward over the head, this increases the downward pressure which improves the quality of the finish.
