Large concrete floor machine, 800 mm grinding width with a powerful 15 kw variable speed motor. Intuitive digital control panel that provides all the control and precision you need to maximize the machine’s performance. Mist system for more effective grinding and better diamond consumption. Will polish concrete to imitate granite with the correct tooling.

We recommend using the Husqvarna HTC 80D vacuum to keep airborne dust to a minimum when operating the large concrete floor grinder.

Rates quoted are for one week. After a week a 25% daily charge is applied on days 8, 9 and 10 and then a full 2nd week’s hire charge is applied. Further short term hire discounts of 40% and 20% are applied to hires of one day and two days/weekend hires, respectively.

Q – What power is needed for this machine? A –  3-phase, 32 amps, 5 pin with neutral connected, a white box with a red socket on the wall.

Q –  what vacuum dust control unit is needed? Q – The Husqvarna HTC 80 D or higher spec.

Q – What diamond grinding shoes do you recommend for this machine? A –  We recommend the genuine HTC Husqvarna shoes for the larger machines. Note there are 12 shoes to the set. For small areas we can hire to you grinding shoes on a wear charge basis.
