Single Head Diamond Grinder 415V(AKA Asuga, DFG 250 and BG 250) is excellent for a vast array of jobs including grinding or keying surfaces like concrete, asphalt, resin and screeds. These Single Headed Diamond Grinders are more powerful and substantial than any single phase grinder. We have both single and twin speed models that use the popular 10” (25 cms) grinding disc with 20 diamond segments.

415v Single headed diamond grinders are prone to leaving swirl marks which may be a problem if grinding is a part of the finish but should not be if grinding is preparation for future thick coatings to be laid on top.

These Single Head Diamond Grinder are also excellent for substance removal if fitted with a 5 shoe PCD plate. They are powerful and yet easy to manoeuvre and can cover medium sized areas reasonably quickly. It has a 50 mm dust outlet for direct connection to a dust control unit. All our machines have been adapted and fitted with a solid rubber dust skirt rather than the manufacturer’s nylon brush skirt.

Rates quoted are for one week. After a week a 25% daily charge is applied on days 8, 9 and 10 and then a full 2nd week’s hire charge is applied.
